Having One of “Those” Kind of Days?
Are you having one of the “those” kind of days?
I try, I really, really try to be productive and organized! I make lists. Old school hand-written lists daily. I try and highlight what is most important in a day and love nothing more than to cross things off my list with a check mark. There are days when I feel on top of it, but there are days (like today) that I just can’t seem to get it together. I’m having one of those “I’m tired for no reason” kind of days. One of those “I keep attempting to do things on my computer, but end up scrolling through Facebook endlessly” kind of days. One of those “I want to eat healthy, but keep going into the kitchen for a snack” kind of days.
We all have them and it is OKAY!!! No one can be organized or productive every day. Some days just aren’t happening! Period. So, you know what I am going to do? I am going to take my dog for a walk. At least I’ll get outside and get a little exercise. I really want to climb in bed with a good book (that kind of day) which I am definitely going to do later, but I think getting outside, even just for a little, will help!
Don’t beat yourself up. We all have “those” kind of days and it is AOK!!!
